2. Orders and Payment

• Orders are accepted through our website and payment must be completed at checkout via PayPal/Afterpay/Applepay/credit or debit card or options available at checkout. 

3. Returns and Refund

• Due to the customised and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.

4. Safety Disclaimer

• While we strive to create safe products, busy boards contain small parts and must be used under adult supervision only. 
• WARNING: Choking hazard - Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts.
• Ensure all components are securely fastened, and regularly inspect for wear or damage.
• Little Hands Lab shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from the use/misuse of our products. Parents and adults are responsible for ensuring proper supervision and safe usage. Any modification to the product may void this disclaimer. In the event a state or territory does not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or territories, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
