What is a busy board, and how does it benefit my child?

A busy board is a hands-on activity board designed to engage children in sensory play and help develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and problem-solving abilities. It’s a fun and interactive way to keep little hands and minds busy!

What age group are your busy boards suitable for?

Our boards are designed for children aged 12+ months, with activities tailored to their developmental stages. However, children under 3 should always be supervised due to small parts.

How do I clean and maintain the busy board?

Simply wipe the board with a damp paper towel or cloth to clean any dust or stains. Please do not wet the boards due to some battery-powered items.

Are your paints safe for babies and toddlers?

Yes! All our paints are non-toxic, food-safe, zero VOC, and biodegradable, so if your little ones have a little nibble, no harm done!

 

Order and Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! But we’re working on it. We hope to offer international shipping in 2025, and are trying to find the most cost effective approach. We will update our instagram as soon as it’s up and running.

How much does shipping cost in Australia?

Standard post is $15 and express post is $25. We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders over $180.

How long does it take to receive my board?

As each board is custom-made and handcrafted with care, we require a production time of approximately 10 days to create your board. Once it’s ready, shipping times will vary depending on your location. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and provide a tracking number once your board is on its way!

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Can I pick up my order?

Definitely! Pick-up is available in Fawkner, Melbourne. Just select the pick-up option at checkout and you will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, we offer $5 local delivery for suburbs within a 10km radius. If your suburb falls within the range, this option will be present at checkout.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major payment providers, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay

What is your return or refund policy?

Due to the custom and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I order multiple boards at once for a discount?

Absolutely! When you purchase more than one board, you’ll receive $15 off your order. This will automatically apply at checkout.

Do you make themed boards (e.g. animals, space, etc.)?

Yes! Themed boards are one of our specialties. Let us know your theme idea, and we’ll bring it to life.
