The little hands lab busy board is such a great purchase for any aged child! My son got his busy board when he was 6 months old. Having the busy board helped him learn how to sit up unassisted. He was able to sit for longer periods of time with the busy board as he had something infront of him to play with and reach for. All items on the board are age appropriate and very interactive. 100% worth every cent, we love ours!

About Us

Hi, I’m a first-time mum and the hands behind Little Hands Lab.

With a background in pharmacy and personal training, I’ve always been drawn to learning and problem-solving but nothing prepared me for the joyful chaos of motherhood.

When my son turned 8 months old, I searched everywhere for the perfect busy board. Something safe, personal, and designed just for him. I couldn’t find anything that ticked all the boxes, so I made one myself.

Then someone asked, “Can you make one for my child?”

That one question turned into something much bigger… and that’s how Little Hands Lab was born.

Today, we handcraft custom busy boards that are as unique as the children who play with them. Every board is built with safe materials, thoughtful design, and personalisation in every detail. From colours and name placement to activities chosen just for your child’s interests and developmental stage.

We believe in play with purpose, where curiosity grows, motor skills sharpen, and imagination runs free. More than just a toy, our boards are designed to be beautiful, meaningful keepsakes that support early learning in the safest way possible.
